Our company's progressive cavity pump ground drive device mainly has two structures: packing seal and mechanical seal, the packing seal structure effectively solves the problem of oil leakage in the gearbox and wellhead by decomposing the rotating dynamic seal of the light rod and packing into a combination of static seal and mechanical seal, which is more convenient to replace the seal and has lower friction loss. The sealing upper design of the mechanical seal structure reduces the center of gravity of the wellhead, the operation is more stable, and the sealing pressure can be selected according to customer requirements. The drive speed regulation system supports changing pulleys or frequency conversion control, which can meet different speed needs. The lower part of the equipment is equipped with a safety light rod clamping device, which has a strong load-bearing capacity and is suitable for different light rods, and can be fixed and sealed without using lifting equipment during maintenance. The hydraulic anti-reversal flexible brake system is safe and reliable, and can flexibly adjust the reversal speed to effectively prevent the lever from overspeeding and reversing during power outages. The overall belt drive and structure have been fully optimized to make the unit structure simpler, more compact, higher load-bearing and longer life.
