KZL Nylon Centralizer

It is used for wells with serious bias between tubing and sucking rods, especially for pumping rig wells and directional inclined wells with biased grinding above the neutralization point of the pumping rod.

1. Use:

It is used for wells with serious bias between tubing and sucking rods, especially for pumping rig wells and directional inclined wells with biased grinding above the neutralization point of the pumping rod. Below the neutralization point of the suction rod, it cooperates with the nylon centralizer on the suction rod body to have a better anti-bias wear effect. The centralizer is also suitable for the righting of screw pump rods. By using the centralizer, the primer in contact with the oil pipe is worn out, and the wear of the oil suction rod and oil pipe is reduced to achieve the purpose of preventing biased wear.

2. Structure and principle:

Ⅰ. Structure: KZL nylon centralizer is an ordinary spiral groove type anti-pumping well biased grinding centralizer, which has the characteristics of small face resistance, easy use, safe and reliable, and good righting effect.

Ⅱ. Principle: 
The centralizer is connected to the sucker rod, and the outer diameter of the righting body is greater than the outer diameter of the sucker rod hoop, which plays a righting role. The material of the righting body is made of high-strength wear-resistant plastic, and the contact friction between the righting body and the oil pipe causes the body to wear, and reduces the wear of the oil suction rod and oil pipe to achieve the purpose of preventing biased wear.

4. Principles of use:

Ⅰ. For well sections with light partial grinding, a set of 3 sucking rods is installed. 
Ⅱ. For well sections with heavy partial grinding, a set of 2 sucking rods is installed. 
Ⅲ. For the well section with heavy grinding, each sucking rod should be installed as a set. 
Ⅳ. In the well section (and inflection point) with serious bias wearing, install one set for each sucker rod, and then install a nylon centralizer in the middle of the sucking rod.

5. How to use:

Ⅰ. Check whether the KZL type sucker rod centralizer is a qualified product (whether there are cracks, whether the rotation is flexible, etc.). 
Ⅱ. According to the pipe rod combination structure and partial grinding of the oil well, the specifications and quantities of the corresponding KZL type sucking rod centralizer are selected. 
Ⅲ. When in use, the buckle torque should reach 0.53kN.m (φ19). 
Ⅳ. When the centralizer goes down the well, the wellhead is equipped with a sucking rod guide. 
Ⅴ. The decentralization should be stable, and the decentralization speed should be less than 8m per minute. 
Ⅵ. When the centralizer is lifted out of the oil well, put a back clamp on the cube of the oil suction rod, and remove the pipe pliers on the flat body below the centralizer to ensure the centralizer 
No deformation or loose buckles. 
Ⅶ. The righting sleeve of the centralizer raised in the oil well has been worn off by 2/3, and it should be replaced if there is damage, deformation, and inflexible rotation.

6. Precautions:

Ⅰ. During the loading, unloading and transportation of the centralizer, it is strictly forbidden to bump and avoid rain. 
Ⅱ. When using, hit the back pliers on the square body of the suction rod, and tighten the pipe pliers on the flat body below the centralizer; Put back pliers on the joints of the brachets, and pump them 
The pipe pliers on the square body of the oil rod are tightened to ensure that the centralizer is not deformed. 
Ⅲ. The oil extraction rod guide must be installed. 
Ⅳ. In the oil well of the old tubing, the male buckle of the old tubing must be chamfered at 45°. 
Ⅴ. Delegate smoothly.
