1. The special torque anchor for progressive cavity pump is an anti-detachment tool specially designed for progressive cavity pumps by our factory with reference to foreign advanced technology.
Scope of application: suitable for 5-1/2", 6-5/8", 7", 9-5/8" four specifications of casing structure: composed of body, righting block, anchor clamp, etc. Compared with other anchors, it has the following characteristics:
· The anchor does not need to be lifted and lowered when used in the well, and the centering performance is good, so that the tubing and the sucker rod are always in a vertical downward state, avoiding the problem of partial wear between the tubing and the sucking rod.
· Good stability: The anchor has the function of spring and righting block to support the casing wall, which reduces the eccentric vibration of the progressive cavity pump and improves the service life of the progressive cavity pump.
· Firm anchoring: 4 The clamp is anchored on the inner wall of the casing, which is evenly stressed, causing little damage to the casing and avoiding the tripping of the tubing.
· Simple operation, convenient and good safety performance.
